SHIPPING POLICY

To estimate the time of delivery, please note processing time in addition to standard shipping time, which is 3-5 business days. Orders are processed Monday-Friday, excluding holidays.

Please allow up to 3 business days for your order to be processed.

 

All Rashae Swim purchases are provided with a tracking number in your order dispatch confirmation email. Once shipped, the consumer assumes all responsibility for the package.

 

Rashae Swim is not responsible for refund or product replacement due to the following circumstances:

 

  • Held or returned packages due to incorrect address or undeliverable

  • Shipments lost at any point in the parcel process

  • Shipments stolen at any point in the parcel process 

 

Note, we do not offer international shipping at this time.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We do not accept returns or exchanges- all swimwear and accessories are final sale. This policy is in place due to hygiene reasons.

 

Rashae Swim wants customers to be satisfied with their purchases. However, we understand that online shopping may be difficult. We recommend viewing the size chart and are here to support with orders.
